Help Section
Q:
Do you have additional help questions?
A:
This section is continually in the process of being updated. If you have any specific question that you would like answered please send us an email.
Editing Your Entries
Q:
How do I edit my entries?
A:
Log into your account and access the "Activity Graphs" page. Select the desired activity from the dropdown list. Beneath the default graph there exists a table which includes editing links for all your recent entries. Editing is available for entries made within the past thirty days. For special circumstances please contact Health Walkers.
Adjusting Your Step Length
Q:
How can I adjust the default step length used by the website to convert step entries into a mileage distance?
A:
The default conversion rate for converting steps into miles is 2000 steps/mile. This is approximately equal to a step length of 31.7 inches. You can adjust this conversion rate by accessing the link found at the bottom of the "Activity Entry" page.
Activities
Q:
How do I select which activities I can track?
A:
Activities are selected or changed from your account setup page. Only 5 activities can be selected at one time, therefore, you may have to remove an activitiy prior to selecting another. Once an activity is selected a new fitness tab will appear and you will be to see club stats and graphs and be able to log entries for that activity.
Activity Data
Q:
Will I loose data or goal information if I switch activities?
A:
No, you will not loose any data or goal information by switching activies. If you reselect an activity later all previously logged information will be available. An example of why you would want to switch activities would be to switch from skiing in the winter to swimming in the summer.
