Health Walkers may modify this policy at any time, and such modification shall be effective fifteen days from either posting of the modified policy or notifying you directly. You agree to review this policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued use of HealthWalkers.com after the modification effective date shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modification and the policy.

1. Registration Information

The information you supply when registering online is standard for any membership or financial transaction within HealthWalkers.com. Health Walkers will not knowingly disclose, distribute or sell any personally identifiable information from the HealthWalkers.com database to any party for the sake of profit, external solicitation or other. Health Walkers is not in the retail business and will not solicit members to purchase third party merchandise not pertaining to the programs or activities of HealthWalkers.com.

2. Email Recognition Program

Members of HealthWalkers.com may elect to participate in our "Email Recognition Program". By participating in this program members will periodically be emailed announcements regarding the goal accomplishments of others. These emails will include an email link which will allow members to respond their congratulations directly to the member who accomplished the goal. From this link, it will be possible for a member to obtain the email address of the person who made the goal. Members may elect not to participate in the "Email Recognition Program" at anytime. By default participation in the service is not elected.

3. Personal Information Postings

Members of HealthWalkers.com may elect to have their names along with select activity statistics posted publicly within the pages of HealthWalkers.com. This display of information is dynamic and can be found in various formats. Members may prevent the display of this information at any time by selecting appropriate account setup options. By default the display of personal statistics and goal information is elected.

4. Log Files

Health Walkers will log server IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the website, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
